Stay here. Stay alive.

I see your struggles, stranger. You do make sense. You deserve better. Please, give it at least a one day more.

Technical

Most apps are for Android, Windows (7/10) or multiplatform. I use redlib front-end for Reddit - so if instance is down, check others.

favorites

  • braceto. bookmark manager, only word-password needed. multi-platform because it works in any browser. the only bookmarks manager that works for me.
  • hourglass. desktop simple timer, nothing unnecessary.
  • Easy Diary. quick AND customizable!!! also with widget. it's simple, cute and structured.
  • loop habits. quick!!! statistics, many widgets, including a simple button to record your progress for this day or a whole-ass calendar with the visuals or your progress.
  • suntimes. to check sunset and sunrise time. helpful if you need more or less sun.
  • Talking Clock. without it my day feels like: 8AM - gods I'm starving - 11PM
  • habit consistency. ONE simple task every day, no more. also some tips from developer (bondavi). helpful to switch to if you feel like you can't do anything at all.
  • focus timer. pomodoro-timer, and you can record your progress, plus it has graph view!!! plus tips (also by bondavi).

NOTES...... NOTES!!!

  • Turtl. simple UI, quick, multi-platfom. even if it needs some time to connect with the server, i still love it. i use it for back-up of my other notes.
  • Notally. I WILL DIE WITHOUT THIS NOTE APP. colors, tags, grid or list view, images, auto-backup...
  • Offline Notepad. closed-source, but works well, plus it is made by an indie-dev. i use it often, mostly for widgets.
  • Notesnook. colors, tags, minimalist options, sync, multi-platform. not using right now, it's too slow to catch my thoughts into quick notes, probably because of sync. but it's more helpful than many similar programs, and i used it as an archive for some time.
  • Standard Notes and joplin are way too slow for me, but they're worth mentioning, at least because they're FOSS projects and have active development!
