[Censoring] words is okay. Being triggered by words isn't "cringe" or a sign of weakness. You're free to curate your own space. You deserve calm safe places without reminders of overwhelming themes.

Feeling like you have too many things in your head? Want to scream?
- write
- writing in notebook. there are no limits. write like you need it. be messy.
- writing in phone notes or diary. dump it. it's safe
- writing to CPTSD community, post or comment. but don't forget about timezones difference...
- writing temporary post. sometimes it helps. feel free to delete later
- draw emotions without thinking about studies. right now you're not training your art skills, but using this as a way to express things
- stim even if violently. use your body or any toys for this
- fresh air is good. go outside or open the window
Outside
Sometimes you forget there are things outside of your head. Check them, please!
- body
- when was the last time you had a drink? drink biiig cup of cold water
- are you hungry? no, really. stop for a moment. how many hours you are without food today? eat something. i promise, you will feel better
- face, skin? it's always a good idea to wash your face and hands. warm water or cold water, your choice. also treat things on your face with Green Thing
- what about temperature? are your limbs too cold? is your face too hot?
- when was the last time you moved? stand up and walk for a little, or stretch
- are your clothes comfortable? how about texture? how free are they?

turn on the light mode and lights overall. - evening, but you want to continue doing something?
keep the lights! don't sit in the darkness. - night and you need too calm down?
turn off the bright lights. turn on the night mode on your screens.

- is it clean enough? no need to wash everything if you don't have energy, just at least take care of the floor, futon and trash

Safe stimulation
y'know, even people with AuDHD can have fun without overwhelming themselves. you remember how it feels. it's possible.

- check artworks of others that you like and try to use similar techniques for studying
- open art tutorials pinterest board
- paint with other instruments: brush, color pencils
- LANGUAGE
- check the dictionary and find the word you like, then add to wordbook
- check those videos and use your notebook
- check that website and read/listen random text. even if you don't understand anything
